Beats the neighbourhood chaatwala!
Crisp flat puris (papdi) - 100 gms, Cheese - 50 gms, Onion - 1, Tomato - 1, Coriander Leaves - ¾ cup, Mint Leaves - ¼ cup, Everest Chaat Masala - 2 to 3 tsps or as per taste, Tomato Ketchup - 100 ml, Freshly Grated Coconut - 2 tbsps.
Coarsely crush puris. Grate cheese. Finely chop onion, tomato, coriander & mint leaves. Add to puris & cheese. Sprinkle Everest Chaat Masala. Mix well. Bind the chaat with tomato ketchup. Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut. Serve immediately.
