Aloo Methi Aloo Methi

~ INGREDIENTS ~

Everest Kasuri Methi ½ packet, Oil 3 tbsps, Onion 1, Everest Chilli Powder 1 tsp, Everest Turmeric Powder ½ tsp, Everest Dry Mango (Amchur) Powder ½ tsp, Potatoes 3 medium sized.

~ METHOD ~

Everest Kasuri Methi in ½ cup warm water for 30 mins. Heat oil, fry finely-chopped onion, till pink. Add chilli & turmeric and amchur powders, salt and boiled potatoes, cubed & fried (optional), soaked kasuri methi. Mix well. Sprinkle ¼ cup water on the sabji, cover & cook for 5 mins. Serve with Parathas and Everest Jiralu Masala.
