Potatoes 500 gms, Mint Chutney 2 tbsps, Lemon Juice 1 tbsp, Ginger ½ piece, Green Chilli
1, Salt to taste, Everest Chat Masala 1 tbsp, Coriander Leaves 2 tbsps.

METHOD ~
Boil, dice, fry potatoes till slightly golden brown. Set aside in a bowl. Cool.
Add mint chutney, lemon juice, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli & salt. Mix well.
Sprinkle Everest Chat Masala. Toss. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
