Easy and tasty
Everest Kasuri Methi in ½ cup warm water for 30 mins. Heat oil, fry finely-chopped onion, till pink. Add Everest Tikhalal & Everest Turmeric Powder and amchur powders, salt and boiled potatoes, cubed & fried (optional), soaked kasuri methi. Mix well. Sprinkle ¼ cup water on the sabji, cover & cook for 5 mins. Serve with Parathas and Everest Jiralu Masala.
