Just like the Chaatwala
Ingredients
Potatoes - 500 gms, Mint Chutney - 2 tbsps, Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp, Ginger - ½ piece, Green Chilli - 1, Salt to taste, Everest Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp, Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsps.
Method
Boil, dice, fry potatoes till slightly golden brown. Set aside in a bowl. Cool. Add mint chutney, lemon juice, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli & salt. Mix well. Sprinkle Everest Chaat Masala. Toss. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Note:
Most fruit chaats, aloo chaats, salads, sprouted beans, finger chips, sandwiches, tandoori preparations, punjabi preparations, fruit juices, dahi wadas and other snacks taste best with a sprinkle of Everest Chaat Masala.
